AIC World College aims to nurture individuals who can think for themselves and act independently, based on its educational philosophy of “developing individuals who can open the doors to universities around the world and, who can play an active role and contribute to the international community” and “nurturing individuals who can take global leadership in various fields.”
The elementary school has recommended the Primary Years Programme (PYP) since its inception, and both the Hiroshima and Osaka campuses have become accredited schools. 
*Kyoto campus is a candidate school and is in the process of applying for accreditation.
The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is scheduled to be introduced in the middle school and the Diploma Programme (DP) in the high school which are scheduled to open in 2028.
AICJ Junior & High School, which opened in Hiroshima Prefecture in 2006, is a DP-accredited school that offers the IBDP course, and many of its graduates have gone on to study at universities in Japan and abroad.

Established in 1968 to provide a standard university entrance qualification that would help students to understand the complexities of the world and act responsibly for the future, it now contributes to the development of internationally minded individuals by offering high-quality international education programmes.
The International Baccalaureate education aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who can contribute to creating a better and more peaceful world through understanding and respect for diverse cultures.

Our goal is to foster not only academic achievement, but also the abilities and attitudes necessary for students to become responsible citizens in a international community.
