Admission Capacity	Grade 1 : A few individuals
Admission Requirements	Applicants must be able to live with their family after enroling in the school and meet the following birthdays 1st Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2019 and April 1, 2020
Application Period	From Sunday, November 16, 2025, to Monday, January 12, 2026 (national holiday), 5:00 PM JST (deadline).
Screening Fee	¥20,000
Application Procedure	Please transfer the application fee to the designated bank account under the applicant’s name and complete the required information on the dedicated online application form available on our website. There is a field in the form to enter the date of the bank transfer. Ensure the application fee is paid before completing the form. Bank transfers for the application fee are accepted starting Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Examination Date	Saturday, January 24, 2026
Examination Venue	AIC World College Osaka Elementary School Address: 3-15-27 Tarumicho, Suita City, Osaka
Required Items to Bring	Admission Ticket : Attach a passport-style photo (4.0 cm x 3.0 cm, front-facing, no hat, plain background, taken within the last three months) to the admission ticket.
Examination Method	Aptitude Test and Student Interview: Conducted primarily in English. Parent Interview: At least one parent must attend.
Announcement of Examination Results	Admission results will be sent to the domestic contact address on Thursday, January 29, 2026. ● Successful applicants will receive enrollment documents along with the admission results. Please complete and sign the documents and bring them during the enrollment process. ● Inquiries regarding the examination content or results will not be addressed.

Enrollment Procedures	Thursday, February 5, 2026, or Friday, February 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM ● The procedure takes approximately 5 minutes. ● Please visit the school during the designated period with the enrollment fee and the required enrollment documents enclosed with the admission results. ● Failure to complete the enrollment procedures within the specified period will be considered a withdrawal of enrollment.
New Student Orientation	Saturday, February 14, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (subject to change)
Application Process	Payment of the application fee. Submission of the online application form (an automated confirmation email will be sent upon receipt). If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours, please contact the Osaka Elementary School Office at 06-6192-4491. After reviewing the application form, the admission ticket will be sent via email (please print and bring it on the examination day). Participation in the entrance examination. Notification of examination results (via postal mail). Payment of the enrollment fee. Completion of enrollment procedures. Attendance at the new student orientation. Enrollment.
Fees	● Monthly Fees: ○ Tuition (until March 2027): 125,000 JPY ○ Tuition (from April 2027): 145,000 JPY ○ Educational Enhancement Fee: 20,000 JPY ● Biannual Fees (payable in April and October): ○ Facility and Equipment Fee: 120,000 JPY Note: All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2025 Rolling Admission Guidelines

Admission Capacity	Grade 1 – 4: A few students
Eligibility for Admission	Those who have received English education for multiple years at an international preschool or other institutions, or who have received an equivalent level of English education.
Application Eligibility	Applicants must be able to live with their family after enroling the school and meet the following birthdays 1st Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2018 and April 1, 2019 2nd Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2017 and April 1, 2018 3rd Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2016 and April 1, 2017 4th Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2015 and April 1, 2016

How to Apply	Please transfer the screening fee to the designated account in the applicant’s name, access the dedicated application form on the website, and fill in the required information. *Please make sure to transfer the screening fee before entering the application form. There is a field in the form to enter the date of the transfer. *After confirming the contents of the application, the selection date and time, and the selection slip will be sent to you by email. Please print it out and bring it with you on the day of the selection. *If you have not received an email within one week after submitting your application, please contact Osaka Elementary School at 06-6192-4491.
