Admission Capacity	Grade1: Based on availability
Selection Process (1), (2)	Children who have received English education for multiple years at international kindergartens or other educational institutions, or children who have received English education at an equivalent level.
Application Eligibility	Applicants must be able to live with their family after enroling in the school and meet the following birthdays 1st Grade: applicants born between April 2, 2019 and April 1, 2020
Application Period	October 20, 2025 (Mon.) 10:00 ～ November 3, 2025 (Mon.) Deadline at 5:00 PM
Screening fee	¥20,000
How to Apply	Please transfer the screening fee to the designated account in the applicant’s name, access the dedicated application form on the website, and fill in the required information. *Please make sure to transfer the screening fee before entering the application form. There is a field in the form to enter the date of the transfer. The screening fee can be paid from October 20, 2025 (Mon.). *The admission selection date and time, and the selection slip will be sent to you by email after Tuesday, 　　 November 4. Please print it out and bring it with you on the day of the admission selection. *If you have not received the email by 10:00 on Wednesday, November 5, please contact Kyoto Elementary School.

What to bring	Selection slip    *Please attach a photo (4.0 cm (H) x 3.0 cm (W)) to the selection slip. (Photo taken within the last three months, front view, no hat, plain background)
Selection Process	English-based aptitude test, student interview, and parent interview                                                  *Both parents are encouraged to attend if possible, but at least one parent must attend
Announcement of Selection Results	The results will be sent to domestic contacts on Thursday, November 20, 2025. *All successful applicants will be sent the necessary documents for enrolment procedures along with the selection results. Please fill out the required information and bring it with you when you apply for enrolment. *We do not respond to inquiries by phone or other means regarding selection details or results.
