Admission Capacity | Grade 1: (1) and (2) Classes : Based on availability |
Class | (1)Class: Children who received multiple years of English Education (such as at an international pre-school) and wish to continue receiving education in English. (2)Class: Children who haven’t received multiple years of English Education, but wish to receive education in English. Additionally, for those who enroll in the (2) class, we highly recommend taking courses at “AIC Kids,” which is operated by AIC Education Limited. Class placement depends on the student’s level. For details regarding duration, fees, and other information, please contact at 0120-21-4119. |
Application Eligibility | Children who are able to live with their families after admission and meet the following condition: Grade 1: Those born between April 2, 2019 and April 1, 2020 |
Application Period | Between 10am on Friday, October 24, 2025 and 5pm on Sunday, November 9 |
Screening Fee | ¥20,000 |
How to Apply | Please transfer the application fee to the designated bank account under the name of the applicant, then access the application form on the website and fill in the required information. *Please make sure to transfer the application fee prior to submitting the application form. There is a field in the form where you need to enter the date of payment for application Fee. The application fee can be paid starting from Monday, October 20, 2025. *The examination slip will be sent by e-mail after Wednesday, November 12, 2025 with examination date and time. Please print out the slip and bring it on the day of the examination. *If you have not received the email with the examination slip by 10am on Friday November 14, 2025, please contact AICWC Hiroshima School at 082-568-2217. |

Announcement of Aelection Results | The result will be sent to an address in Japan on Thursday, November 27 by post. (1) For applicants who took the (1) Class exam, if they are not accepted for (1) Class, they may still be accepted for (2) Class. ※ For successful applicants, documents necessary for admission procedures will be enclosed. Please fill out the documents and bring it with you on the day of admission procedures. ※ We cannot respond to inquiries regarding the content or results of the examination. ※ A small number of applicants may be placed on a waiting list. |
