*Kyoto campus is a candidate school and is in the process of applying for accreditation.
The Middle Years Programme (MYP) is scheduled to be introduced in the middle school and the Diploma Programme (DP) in the high school which are scheduled to open in 2028.
AICJ Junior & High School, which opened in Hiroshima Prefecture in 2006, is a DP-accredited school that offers the IBDP course, and many of its graduates have gone on to study at universities in Japan and abroad.

What is the International Baccalaureate?
An international educational programme offered by the International Baccalaureate Office.
Established in 1968 to provide a standard university entrance qualification that would help students to understand the complexities of the world and act responsibly for the future, it now contributes to the development of internationally minded individuals by offering high-quality international education programmes.
The International Baccalaureate education aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who can contribute to creating a better and more peaceful world through understanding and respect for diverse cultures.
